About B. Riley House

LGBTQ+ recovery with belonging in Cleveland and Miami.

We believe recovery grows in places where people feel safe enough to be honest, supported enough to keep going, and welcomed exactly as they are.

Our why

Care that understands the context.

B. Riley House was created for LGBTQ+ people and allies who deserve recovery support without having to leave their identity at the door. Our community brings together recovery housing, clinical partners, peer support, and a team that understands the courage it takes to ask for help.

At our Cleveland home, we offer the full continuum: 45/60-day residential drug treatment at ASAM 3.5, PHP, IOP, mental health services, psychiatry, and testing. Our Miami location is sober living only—an LGBTQ+-focused recovery residence at 5951 Northeast 1st Avenue.

From self-acceptance and coming out to trauma, sexual health, and transgender-specific concerns, our programs make space for the parts of life that shape recovery. The goal is not just getting through a program—it is building a life with more choice, connection, and hope.
